Every other year Alpengirl joins Crossing Latitudes for a 15-day Alpengirl Summer Adventure in Scandinavia.

The Alpengirl Adventure highlights fitness, a healthy menu, yoga, small groups and girl power attitudes (and altitudes) with professional guides. This trip is rated difficult (experience and above average fitness required). It includes 6 days of backpacking, 6 days of sea kayaking, hiking, reindeer trekking & yoga. Girls will do some tent camping and stay in local hostels. There will be various cultural activities, including tours of Oslo and introduction to the Norweigan language.
